Product Range

Tycon produces a variety of casting products, including stainless steel, carbon steel, duplex and specialized nickel alloy that are conformed to international standard such as ASTM, BS, DIN and JIS.

The current major product mix comprises, including stainless steel, carbon steel, duplex and nickel-based alloy. Major applications of the casting include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Valve and pump components, Pipe fitting
• Precision components for marine, oil, gas, chemical, textile and food processing
• Structural brackets for architectural curtain and walling and cladding systems
• Access covers and drainage gratings
• Medical applications

The machining capability for production is enhanced through state-of-the-art Machining Shop, where imported high speed machining centres and other auxiliary machines (for milling, boring, drilling and grinding) are found.
